Please contact our office at (252) 441-0437 to confirm whether your insurance plan is accepted. We work with a wide range of PPO and HMO plans and are happy to verify your coverage before your appointment.
No referral is needed. You can schedule an appointment directly by calling our office. We welcome self-referrals and are happy to discuss your healthcare needs during your initial visit.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications (including dosages), any recent lab results or specialist reports, and a completed new patient form if you've received one via email.
Our office hours are available by calling (252) 441-0437. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate work and family commitments. After-hours emergencies should be directed to the nearest urgent care or emergency room.
